Poetry for the People scholarship goes to...

I am delighted to award the Poetry for the People scholarship for the October-November 2009 class to Anna-Marie Hawthorne.

I was so moved and humbled by the quality of this batch of scholarship applications that it was quite difficult to make a decision. I truly wish I could have awarded the scholarship to every single person who applied.
